Does anyone have any experience with Montalvo Hawaiian Guitars (formerly marketed as K&S)? These are hollow-neck guitars ob the Weissenborn type. They are currently sold by Berkeley Musical Instruments in CA. Would like to hear from anyone who has seen or played one - quality of workmanship, sound, etc., or from anyone who has dealt with Berkeley. Thanks.

Steven D. Lauer slauer17@hotmail.com Mon Dec 13 20:49:44 PST 1999

Thank you so much for the Allman Brothers Band video. I have been a fan for nearly 30 years. This was the first time I ever got a chance to see Duane play. He was without a doubt the greatest guitar player ever. Thank you once again.

Trucker Dave jamesl@midsouth.com Mon Dec 13 08:23:51 PST 1999

If anyone is interested, I finally got a really good sound out of a single cone Johnson steel body, but it takes some internal reworking and a quarterman cone and bridge change to do it. I found out they are not constructed properly in China. SURPRISE! SURPRISE!

Kirk Lorange lorange@kirk.net Sun Dec 12 23:49:11 PST 1999

Great site. I spend a lot of time here. Anyone interested in a free mp3 download of my tune Come a long Way, go to http://www.mp3.com/KirkLorange It boasts the highest slide guitar note ever recorded. See if you're speakers can handle it. Also, come to my site for Drop-D tuning lessons, more downloads and TAB. http://lorange.kirk.net

Do you know of any DOBRO TABLATURE sites on the web

andrew maikapar kumali@telus.net Thu Dec 9 22:48:42 PST 1999

Hi! I have what looks to be a National or Dobro four string guitar with resonator. There is no name on it or serial number, just a "pat. applied for" stamped on the front above the resonator. Itcould be that it had a label at one time but it had been painted over and I stripped the paint. Andrew

Stewart Wright swright@zoolink.com Tue Dec 7 23:23:15 PST 1999

Hi everybody. Been playing electric guitar for many years and have played bottleneck style (ala Jeremy Spencer of the old Fleetwood mac). But my real love is the Duane Allman sound. I'm having trouble figuring out how the heck he tuned his guitar. Does anybody know the tuning for say..Trouble no more and Statesborough Blues and One way out! Stewart Wright Vancouver B.C. Canada

Bennett Harris Bennyharry@aol.com Tue Dec 7 08:42:23 PST 1999

Wow! What a cool Website! Please include me in your artists links: I'm an excellent Delta/ragtime guitarist-singer, based in NYC. I fingerpick bottleneck slide style on (any of three) National, pre-WWll Duolian, blow harmnica, and kick up a storm of passionate music. http://www.bennettharrisblues.com Thanks, Bennett Harris (718)721-3480

Truckerdave jamesl@midsdouth.com Mon Dec 6 22:37:23 PST 1999

I agree on the Johnson's with Mike, I have two, but a cone change to a national on the single cone Johnson wouldn't work(at least on mine). Too much string pressure on the bridge.(I put the national cone in an old regal wood body and it sounded fine) I've yet to try a quarterman but the quality seems to have slipped badly from the first single cone i had earlier this year. I guess i should have been a bit clearer, the tri-cones are excellent. I have one and would recommend them to anyone, I was only referring to the single cone model and there can be a great variance in any guitar, but i was not too pleased with the quality or sound of the second single cone. Uh Oh, now we've made this a forum on guitar construction and everyone who can barely afford one dobro is ready to slap all of us who can afford half a dozen.

Mike Dotson terapln@aol.com Sun Dec 5 17:04:29 PST 1999

Will all due respect to Trucker Dave. The Johnson/Sterlings are a pretty accurate National copy (the Johnson Tricones are even 11.5 fretters just like the original) While they certainly are not made with the same quality both in materials and workmanship the single cones are styled after the late '30's 14 fret models, which like all National guitars, had 24.9" scales not 24.5" The 14 fret Dobros were made from the actual National dies, first using the small "F" hole dies from the tenor guitars and then later after they were located, the larger ones. They Dobro's did use a 24.5" scale.

If you're not happy with the sound of a Johnson/Sterling it's very easy to relace the cone with a current production National, or a Quarterman. The cone is the real secret to great tone in these things and the offshore makers usually use stamped cones that are thicker than the spun cones on the original and current guitars.

I own and have owned both new production and vintage Nationals, plus custom made resonators. I love the originals but a person can have both a single and tricone Johnson/Sterling for the price of one new production National, and with a cone replacement, great tone. Just don't count on very good resale.

If you're interested in hearing some slide playing from DownUnder, come visit my site. I've been playing slide since 1963 and it's what I'm best known for down here in Australia. I've got a couple of Mp3 files to download for free. Also a lesson or two in Drop D tuning. www.lorange.kirk.net

Trucker Dave jamesl@midsouth.com Fri Dec 3 08:54:04 PST 1999

For the record, a Johnson/Sterling steel body guitar is NOT a copy of a National. What it IS, however,is a dead ringer for a "DOBRO" OMI(original musical instrument, co.) model "90" fourteen fret model made through the 70's and 80's with a 25 inch instead of a 24 1/2 scale. They sound pretty good, but not like a National. If you want to purchase one, better look at it and play it first or you might be sorry.

This is a great site. You've done your homework well in providing a comprehensive range of musicians and examples of they're music. I really appreciate all the great clips. What is the title of the song preformed by Ry Cooder in the clip you've most generously provided for our viewing and listening pleasure in the Lounge? Also is it available on any of his albums? Thank you Lowell

I have an old "Dobro" that I purchased in a pawn shop, in the early 70's. I like playing it but the problem is that the body is dented (steel body). Who repairs this kind of thing? Thanks, Chuck

Hi folks, greatpage!! Be sure to add Tony Furtado to your list of great slide players.Awesome on both banjo and slide,Tony now has several records out on Rounder with a new one due out soon with legendary bass player Bill Rich(Butterfields BetterDays Band,Buddy Miles, and Taj Mahal) and a phenomenal guitar player by the name of Ross Martin. Tony possesses a very unique style and approach to the slide and covers a wide range of musical styles. His live show is absolutely stratospheric!! Enough said!!

hotspur yardbird00@hotmail.com Thu Sep 23 17:14:54 PDT 1999

Being from Sydney, I have never seen the Allman Brothers. My cousin and I are both huge fans, particularly of Duane and Gregg, and we had long given up ever seeing footage of the original band. A couple of weeks ago, cuz phoned to say he was sitting there WATCHING Duane play. "Waddyamean 'watching'?" I said. When I got to work the next day I logged in to Planet Dobro and sat gobsmacked for 10 minutes or so. Thank you, thank you, thank you. (Still, whoever mixed the sound should be tarred and feathered.) MORE PLEASE!!

Dave Buchholz Lakeffect3@aol.com Thu Sep 23 15:54:22 PDT 1999

RESONATOR Pickups: I'd like a few recommendations as to what type/brand of pickup to use in a semi-hollow resonator body guitar. It looks like a Les Paul attacked by a hubcap. Ithas a humbucker knock off at the neck, and a peizo under the saddle, neither of which are preamped internally. The signal from the saddle is almost non-existant out needs a boost. Id prefer to stay "on board" with anything I add to it Many thanks ahead of time to all who answer!

Paul Livaudais sootsoot@Gateway.net Wed Sep 22 14:06:39 PDT 1999

I write this after visiting your site and discovering that one of the premier blues and slide artist was not listed in your legion of honor. his name was Walter" Furry" Lewis. He was indeed the inspiriation for many later slide players including Bukka White. and other up and comers. I should point out the fact that he did open for the Rolling Stones in Memphis on their '76 tour. You might ask the likes of Joni Mitchell who wrote a song about him,or the people at Ardent Studios in Memphis. Furry Lewis was playing slide when Bukka was still in diapers. there are those who are the masters and then there are the rest of us that try to emulate them i.e. The Allman Brothers.Eric Clapton Ron Wood etc ask these individuals where their inspiration came from and the'll tell you the old bluesmen. To them it wasn't the music it was a way of life. I had the honor of learning this way of life from Furry . So did a very few others including Sid Selvelge, Lee Baker and a handful of others. The style of the old Delta Bottleneck Blues is fading into obscurity as these masters die. It is truely a shame that a piece of true Americana dies with each of them and so many of us forget our roots. Long live the Delta Blues and those who sit at their feet anxious to embrace that history.

MrRick rnfoxphd@yahoo.com Sun Sep 19 19:30:22 PDT 1999

HEY! Thanks so much for the long video clip of the Allman Brothers. As someone who was lucky enough to see them live WITH Duane twice, you might say I have been waiting for a long time for another viewing. Any work you have put in to make this possible is quite appreciated. I can only say one additional thing: M O R E ! ! !

gustavo fernandez gfernan@intramed.net.ar Sun Sep 19 18:52:22 PDT 1999

hello! i'm pretty surprised at your page.it's obvious that there would be omissions in the galleries.as a beginner in the art of slide playing (but not as a slide records listener)i'm stranged at not finding any mention to j.b hutto and consecuently his nephew lil' ed to mention two concrete examples.i've heard two more interesting performers:sam mitchell and robert lucas.any data of them should be well received.and there are so more but that belongs to particular tastes like the incredible and hard to describe cedell davies.cool page.see you soon

Jeff Moss airmoss@aol.com Tue Sep 14 19:49:06 PDT 1999

I just stumbled onto this site, and think it is really cool. However, as I read through your legion of honor I was shocked that Warren Haynes is missing. GOD ALMIGHTY, WHAT PLANET ARE YOU FROM! Why do you think Dickey never played electric slide while Warren was in the Allmans? Obviously because Warren smokes his ass! Listen to Blue Sky on the live 1st Set CD and tell me I'm wrong.

Jim Mathis jamesl@midsouth.com Mon Sep 13 23:23:47 PDT 1999

Does anyone know how a National Tri-cone is constructed on the inside? I have a Johnson Tri-cone(Yes I can afford a National, but would YOU play a $2500 guitar in a bar?) It sounded OK but I thought there was some room for improvement so I took it apart and made a slight modification to the wood bracing which resulted in a noticeable improvement in the sound. Before I do anything else to it, it would help to know what a real National looks like inside.

Hi, my name is Chuck, and I live in Minnesota. I was wondering if anyone out there knows of any good places in my state to try out a dobro. I am looking to buy or/and considering purchasing a 27 Deluxe Dobro. I can not find to many stores, that have anything in stock to look at or try. I am also interested on other types of dobro's too. The 27 Deluxe would be my dream dobro though. If there is even someone out there interested in talking about dobro's, feel free to e-mail me. I have only played about 2 years, but I love the instrument. I can use all the tips and help I can get. Thankyou for your time.

Hi, I was in the unfortunate situation of having to lose this instrument. I was loading up after a gig and it got left by the side of the street. By the time I realized and got back it was gone. Steve sloc@foto.infi.net Mon Aug 30 18:14:20 PDT 1999

I've just purchased a Johnson/Sterling round neck resonator guitar. I am very pleased with the workmanship and the tone. I'd like to adjust the bridge a tad to make it a little more amenable to finger- picking. I can set up an acoustic and an electric guitar but I'm unfamiliar with how to adjust a biscuit bridge. Is there any website or information out there on adjusting a biscuit bridge and the standard (if any) for string height at the nut and the 12th fret? I'd prefer to know a little before I remove the cover plate and start rooting around.

Thanks for the Ben Harper article. He's an artist who's made me want to join the rest of you in playing slide. Watch out for some demos on the net...I've been trying to cross the art of slide with the distorted overtones of metal with Sepultura-style percussion...look out for it..

Hi out there! I am trying to get some info on my Dad's old guitar. Description: 1930's Regal Dobro, Sunburst, wood body, metal resonator, non-segmented f-holes, 12 frets above body and round back neck. Resonator has a patent number #1,896,484 w/ other patents pending written below the patent number. I have been told by two different local merchants (The Guitar Depot Attleboro, MA) and (The Guitar Center North Attleboro, MA) that this guitar is in excellent condition. If anyone out there can help me, please send an email or if you might be interested in buying, then make me an offer. Thanks for the help!

What a wonderful site! I live in Nashville, Tn. and play dobro, guitar and pedal steel. I have found various sites for steel and guitar but never anything of this nature for dobro. My hat's off to you for creating a forum like this. It is a great way to meet and exchange ideas with other players. PS. Check out Stepen Miller's "Dobrology" CD. You will be amazed. Scott

Rex Jones rex@ksw.nesic.nec.co.jp Wed Jul 28 00:33:39 PDT 1999

The article by Carl Weingarten lists Robert Johnson as playing a reonator guitar along with Tampa Red and Son House, perhaps through an oversight or misediting, but is there any proof that Johnson played a resonatpor guitar? His existing recordings are obviously played on a wood body acoustic. Also, for those interested there is a new publication on the transcriptions of Robert Johnson's recordings that shed a different light on his tunings and are much more complete than any previous editions by other authors in that the entire song is transcribed.

I am totally in love with this sit of yours, guys! I wanna move in!! I was turned on to this company by the good folks at National.Every big name is usin' em', and now I know why! Local heros? There was a very poignant article by someone (perhaps Dan Scanlan, aka Cool Hand Uke) who met an aging John Dopyera posted at (a now stale) URL http://www.oro.net/~dscanlan/dopera.html. I'd like to find the article again if I could, and I bet others who are obsessed by resophonica might like to read it. Does anybody have an idea of where it might be found? Or what happened to the author? jr

Hi there, I have a brandnew Continental Tricone with lilly of the valley-engraving (style 3) for sale. Continental guitars are high end replicas of the original nationals but made in germany. You can check out the manufacturer's site at "ami-gmbh.net".The guitar features an ebony fretboard, maple neck, ivoroid binding, trussrod and some of the roundest, best balanced sound I know from dobros. I am a private person and sell it for $2200. That is not even half of what a new national would cost and a lot cheaper than a factory-direct purchase!! I am located in Boston, Massachusetts. The guitar comes with a hard shell case.

Thank you very much! I just viewed the video of Duane and the Brothers. I, for one, really appreciate your efforts. I've been listening to Duane since 1975 or so and is by far my favorite guitarist. Aside from a brief 5 to 10 second clip in a music documentary on TV once, I've never seen video of him. They jammed just like I pictured they would. Granted the quality wasn't the greatest but you obviously were working with old and multi-generation video tape. Once again, excellant work and thanks very much!!!

Dear Dennis, Ned and Friends of Planet Dobro, Here's the news regarding the video clip of Duane Allman and The Brothers at The Fillmore East 9/70; It has taken some weeks to gain the legal permission to present the clip in Planet Dobro. At the moment the video is being prepared for showing in Planet Dobro and my aim is to have it up in The Bottleneck Lounge within a week. An email will be sent out, and the clip presented with background information. Only one song will be shown. The presentation is being granted on the basis that Planet Dobro is a non-profit venture, and neither the clip or video will be made available for duplication or sale. This historical footage is a rare opportunity to view the original Allman Brothers Band lineup in action. Special thanks to the Allman Brothers management and the Bill Graham Archives for approving the presentation of the clip. --Carl

Hello! I discovered this site several weeks ago and have been checking frequently as I'd like to view the Duane Allman video clip. Can you tell me when it will be available? Also, is the video clip or the entire concert available on videotape? If so, how much and how can I get it? Thanks in advance for your reply.

It is a sad commentary that on all of the slide pages, there is little or no mention of Brian Jones, clearly ahead of his time in introducing slide to a whole influential generation of listners and players.

Hello Planet Dobro; In a couple of months I plan to visit the States, bringing over copies of my new CD 'Here's that train.' I would love to have an opportunity to send you a copy. See what you think. Would you listen to it? I hasten to add that I am not playing a Dpbro on this release but a 1937 Kalamazoo that has been adjusted to make slaide playing more comfortable. Does this matter/ Will you listen if it ain't a Dobro? The Cd has six traks, just me playin' and singin', solo, warts and all. In July I will be in Florida and then I plan to travel to Austin. A guy at a bar there 'Threadgills', heard thje CD, liked it, asked me to tell him when I was in town, fix up a gig. Can you help me also? maybe someone out tihn Austin who may be able to make some introductions, maybe send a CD to. The material is country crossover, story blues. Hope to hear from you. If you have problems with my address, try adding the Australian prefix 'au' after com. Kindest regards, pete miller

Hi Resophonic Fans everywhere! To my knowledge there are only four Dobro(R) players in Austria EU: Oliver Gruen, Theo Ristl, Walter Stettner and me (I started with "Bluegrass Specials" in 1972). If there is anybody else - please contact me! Any foreign visitors are also welcome to drop in at Vienna for a session... Keep picking - and enjoy this super site! Dobro(R) Ray

Hello out there. I've been playing slide guitar since about 1970. As far as I know I'm the only player in Australia, where I moved to from Canada in 1975, to be endorsed by Dobro. They gave me a beautiful D33 to play. Thanks again Dobro. If anyone is interested, come visit my site at www.lorange.kirk.net for a lesson in drop-D slide guitar. I gave up open tunings years ago and play exclusively in Drop-D now. It really is the best of both worlds. I also play slide on my Strat and my 1951 Gibson J50. If you live down here you've heard me hundreds of times on radio and TV commercials, the CocaCola Sky Surfer ad probably the most well known. It's great to see these sites dedicated to what I believe is the most fun of all guitar styles. All the best from Queensland..."Beautiful one day, perfect the next". Kirk Lorange.

Hey...just wanted to see if anyone had heard this new slide player Eric Sardinas. I bought his new album a couple of weeks ago. I was impressed with his tone and technique but I felt like when all was said and done he was basically a Johnny Winter clone. Not that I wouldn't want to play like Johnny Winter...hehehe. Anyhow, check hime out!!

Hi Gang: I just bought my first Dobro and am really pumped. It has # 704 stamped on the headstock. Can anyone help me nail down the history of this fine relic? Thanks a million. BB

I was wondering if any one could tell me if in the First Quality Music Suplies book, if the square neck dobro on page 30 comes in the tobacco sunburst or the browm sunburst. Thankyou.

I wondering about what had happened to the video clip of the Allman Brothers Band playing "Don't Keep Me Wonderin" I went to see it today and it was'nt there. Why was it taken off the site? That is the only footage that I've ever seen of Duane and Berry. Don't worry though I'll keep visiting this website.

Dino TempoSaint@aol.com Tue Apr 6 21:35:40 PDT 1999

Love the website very much . A man who plays some amazing slide but not often enough is Warren Haynes. Just thought I would throw in my two cents !! Thanx again for an outstanding page !

Hi there! Is there somebody out, who explain me the difference between a wooden and an all-metal-bodied resonator guitar. What is the difference between a single- and a tri-cone-resonator. And last, is there something special about the setup of a resonator-guitar, compared to a normal acoustic. Thanks!

John Redden clovis510@aol.com Thu Apr 1 00:10:16 PST 1999

Man, I saw that video clip of Duane Allman on the web page. I'm a HUGE Duane freak and would like to know if it's possible to get a VHS copy of that tape? What price, etc?? I HAVE to get that. I have everything he's ever done. This would be so perfect. Since non of us will ever see him live again. Please respond and help if someone can. Thank you......

My husband has played dobro for the past 10 years or so, mostly at bluegrass festivals. Now we have a country band, and all the other instruments are electric. Can anyone recommend the best pick-up he can put in his dobro that would not take away the acoustic sound? Any ideas would be appreciated! Thanks....

Bill billcherri@mediaone.net Sun Mar 21 18:52:39 PST 1999

Sorry that date is 4/8/99 and it's the House of Blues in Boston.

Bill billcherri@mediaone.net Sun Mar 21 18:49:41 PST 1999

I was recently listening to a solo show of Jorma Kaukonen's. He is a very acomplished slide and dobro player, with a style steeped in very old blues tradition. I would rank him right up there with some of the best alive(or dead for that matter). If you get the opportunity to see Jorma, either solo or with Hot Tuna, I recommend it highly. They are touring right now. If you're going to The House of Blues on 4/7/99, I'll cya there. For a list of dates goto www.hottuna.com

The Original Slide Guitar Clip is becoming well known to the working Nashville session slide guitar player. This is due to a large, personally funded mailing campaign, to as many major recording studios and slide artist as I can find. If you are or know of a major recording artist or studio that is into slide music and would like to hear more, please E-mial me. slideclp@internetcds.com If you are a serious slide player you need The Original Slide Guitar Clip. Thank You Very Much Tom Surber

Could you add a feature about buying a dobro? Though I have played guitar for a couple or three years, I'm a novice slide player. Just walked into a local store and saw one for $500 with awesome tone. Not enough money though, just bought a Martin 3 months ago. Cheers!

On the Johnson/Sterling steel bodys, i just took delivery of one and i thought it was fantastic for the price($675). It has an excellent LOUD! sound. The steel body is flawless, the quality seems good, the neck and headstock don't have the best finish but for the price no one should complain. I'm happy. The one i have has "sterling" on the headstock, by the way.

Cool sight. I recently aquired a 1936 National Triolian in a cool rosewood finish. I have fallen in love and will never be the same. Unfortunately, using it onstage is not an option so as an alternative I bought an inexpensive Regal wood body triolian copy and installed a faithfully duplicated '61 Danelectro circuit and an vintage lipstick pickup. I am very happy with the results, while not pure and acoustic, it is nonetheless very authentic for both bottleneck and lapstyle. Also I've found a wine, "Les Jamelles," with a very good neck for chopping down. It's an inexpensive and enjoyable French Merlot available at local grocery stores.

What a great site! Thanks! I hope I won't offend anyone with this bit of self-promotion, but figured somebody reading here might want to know. I've got a near-mint 1995 National Reso-Phonic tricone on eBay. The hammer falls on Sunday, March 7. Here's the link: http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=72579773 Thanks! A friend of mine, Ray Watkins, builder of Rabro Resonator instruments believes that John Dopyera Jr. is currently doing a traveling exhibition of resonator guitars. Ray wants to know how to contact Mr. Dopyera and he's trying to get info about the show. Anybody help? Thanks.

Hi- I came across your excellent website today and I thought I'd drop a line to tell you about my newly released CD, Dobrology. I've recently put up a webpage that will tell you all about it: http://members.home.net/rumrill/. Here's a quote from Country Heritage magazine- "I have just listened to the most innovative Dobro player, Stephen Miller's new release Dobrology: Bop to Broadway. Mr. Miller takes on mainstream jazz and show tunes, flavoring them with echoes of Bluegrass, and comes up with a tasty mix that works. Take a listen to this Rumrill Records label and I believe you will be as pleasantly surprised as I was. . ." Hope to hear from you soon. Stephen Miller

Fantastic pages! Please check out my good friend Paul Fenton's page: www.newforce.ca/paulfenton Real Player samples from five of the songs on his brand new CD "Worldwide Slide" online now, I know you'll dig his playing.

J.P. Wicks jpwicks@intermedia.com Fri Feb 12 09:59:01 PST 1999

Hey, great job with the site! It's a cool resource for players and fans. With that in mind, I think a couple of names that deserve their place in the Legion are; the "Slidewinder" J.B.Hutto, and Alan "Blind Owl" Wilson. Check out J.B. on "Too Much Alcohol" or his "Masters of Modern Blues" testament record, cool vocals and slashing slide! While you're at it pop on "Blind Owl" ripping through "Turpentine Moan" or "Rollin & Tumblin" where he not only slides but does some fine wailing on the harp. I recommend beer and maximum volume to enhance your listening pleasure, of course these are only suggestions and results may vary. Untill next time.....Keep on SLIDIN'!

I have what I think to be a pre chicago maybe a 1903 Regal guitar labeled Indianapolis, IN? What is this thing other than beautiful? BRW back and side, spruce top, Pre-torres traverse bracing, slot peg head, ebony headstock veneer, fingerboard and pyramid bridge. Abalone/MOP inlay rose vine on finger board, inlayed cross on HS. Herringbone-nothing purfling-out-the butt and then some. drohrer@erinet.com

I nominate Jeffery Lee Pierce to the Legion of Honor for bringing the art of slide guitar further into Rock just as David Gilmour did. JLP was with the Gun Club 1979-199? out of L.A. go to www.onelist.com for list and info on recordings.

Alan Hooper alan.hooper@virgin.net Fri Jan 29 08:30:30 PST 1999

Hello. I recently purchased a National Resophonic Delphi which is a great guitar, apart from the set-up which is more suited to fingerpicking than slide. The options seem to be to raise the nut, use heavier guage strings than supplied (standard medium guage) or to replace the biscuit bridge - each of these steps also seem to have draw backs. Anyone any experience of setting up Nationals? Is a high action and heavy strings inevitable? Thanks. Alan.

I'm a new owner of a Dobro Model #DWF60 which must have been set up to be played "lap top" style. The strings are very high off the fretboard. I want to play it "normal" style. I was able to lower the upper end by using a lower nut (included) but I don't know what is needed to lower the bridge. It looks to be integral with the resonator. Or who to talk to about making these kinds of changes. Is there a Dobro factory "tech hotline"? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
